CONSTRUCTION OF 30 HOUSES ON THE WAPSERVEENSTRAAT IN DEN HAAG

Under the name “Lieverley”, and in collaboration with the architectural firm FORM, ERA Contour realised 30 “beterBASIShuizen” (betterBASIChomes) on the Wapserveenstraat in the neighbourhood of Morgenstond-West. Den Haag Zuidwest is one of the largest post-war residential areas of the Netherlands. Old blocks of flats are increasingly being replaced with the construction of new single-family homes and apartments. The 30 new homes of Lieverley form the capstone of the renewals in the neighbourhood of Morgenstond-West. The foundation ceremony was held on 20 August 2015 and all homes were completed in the spring of 2016.

The homes in Lieverley were built according to the “beterBASIShuis” housing concept of the TBI WOONlab. Because modern housing consumers value choice and individuality, the TBI companies – ERA Contour, in partnership with architectural bureau FORM, Hazenberg Bouw en Koopmans Bouwgroep- have developed styles and flavours within the concepts of the TBI WOONlab, with which they can quickly respond to all possible individual wishes. “beterBASIShuis” is one of the concepts that offers consumers an affordable and sustainable home with low maintenance costs and optimal energy performance.
