Highlighting the Bouverijen Construction Projects
The construction project Bouverijen in Teteringen was built and completed in phases. In total, about 640 homes and a community school were realised. The first 27 homes were completed in 2014. The residential area on the outskirts of Teteringen is characterized by the many different types of homes in various price ranges and a unique village atmosphere. The Nederlandse Bouw Unie was the contracter of this project and the architect was Mulleners + Mulleners from Amsterdam.

In ‘s Hertogenbosch, in the Schutskamp neighbourhood, the construction company Van Wijnen Rosmalen B.V., in cooperation with carpentry factory Van der Maazen, were commissioned by housing corporation Zayaz to renovate 146 homes.

Oranjedok: 61 redeveloped homes
Zeeuwland has replaced no less than 61 homes with new buildings in Bruinisse, on the Deestraat, the Koningin Julianastraat, the Prinses Wilhelminalaan and the Prinses Beatrixstraat. In collaboration with Tarra Architectuur, the neighbourhood has now received the royal and sturdy appearance that it deserves. Blanksma Construction company has renovated 54 residential units in Vermeerstreet and Ruisdaelstreet in Alphen aan den Rijn on behalf of the housing association wonenCentraal. The work carried out by Blanksma Construction company consisted in part of scheduled maintenance, including applying new paint to the exteriors and upgrading kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Unique construction project: Curaçaostreet in Groningen
Last year, Lefier StadGroningen gave the green light for the construction of a residential building on Curaçaostraat in Groningen. The decision was made after approximately 70% of the units were sold. The units that were not sold were taken over by the housing association to guarantee that the plan would be put into action. The architectural firm KAW designed the building and Assen-based Plegt Vos (main contractor) built the modern complex.

A unique town hall in Doorn
The brand-new administrative building for the municipal authorities of Utrechtse Heuvelrug was completed in summer 2013. Three separate buildings are able to house around 200 civil servants in total.
