A total of 363 flat-roof residences have been renovated in the districts of Slotjes-Oost and Oosterheide in Oosterhout. This large-scale renovation project was launched a year ago in partnership with Ballast Nedam and Driessens on behalf of Thuisvester. For this project, Holonite supplied Premax®+ low-relief thresholds.

New construction of 60 apartments at Uilennest

On behalf of Triada (housing association), these energy-efficient apartments, which are intended to meet the changing needs of the residents at various stages their lives, were built by the construction firm Salverda and designed by the architectural agency Groosman Partners, which is based in Rotterdam.

The neighbourhood of Oranjewijk is characterised by a series of post-war residences that were renovated in the 1980s. The client has now decided that it would be cost-effective to renovate the area. The renovation plan devised by Bouwbedrijf Van de Ven in Veghel was chosen from the submitted plans.

Renovation in the hook of holland
A total of 52 residences have been upgraded from energy label G to A++ in the Hook of Holland. Thanks to the renovation work, the residences are now able to generate energy instead of consume it. Holonite supplied custom-made door thresholds with anti-slip profiles and moulded anthracite (7) bulkheads and customised window profiles.
