Your Responsibilities

As a mold warehouse production employee, you perform quality checks on our production molds. When picking, you verify that you have selected the correct mold. You are responsible for inspecting the mold and determining its rejection status using a registration form. If a used mold returns from production, it is cleaned and visually inspected for damage. An approved mold is returned to the mold warehouse, and a damaged mold is rejected.

From the planning system, an ID card is generated for each order. This document accompanies the products throughout the entire process. Based on the casting schedule, you determine when the mold(s) must be available for the foundry. When the mold is required, it is picked from its location, visually inspected again, assigned to the casting order, and issued to the casting machine.

If necessary, you will assist in the production departments. Within production, we have two departments: the foundry and the processing department. In the foundry, the liquid mixture is poured into a mold. Tasks associated with this include: cleaning the molds and operating the casting machine. Once the product has hardened, further processing may be applied (drilling/sawing, etc.), which takes place in the processing department.

– You speak Dutch or English (language courses are available internally)
– You enjoy working in a team
– It’s beneficial if you can read technical drawings
