This new home was built on Achtersloot in IJsselstein. This luxurious detached villa also has an outbuilding. The majority of the house consists of an insulated facade finished with stucco, with a Holonite insulated facade plinth at the bottom. The plinth is executed in the color Savona, which gives the whole a soft yet robust look. The insulated facade plinth contributes to a completely low-maintenance solution thanks to the sealant-free joints that are beneficial for maintenance. At the same time, the plinth insulates and protects the base of the building in this tree-rich environment. The Natura black window sills also form a low-maintenance and natural-looking solution. The sills are equipped with end caps (raised edges) which prevent dirt from accumulating on the facade. The facade of the house has an Rc-value of 6.0 and the EPC of the house is <0.4.
