Renovation of Flat Roofs South in Culemborg

Housing corporation KleurrijkWonen has renovated its houses on Van Hogendorpstraat, Van der Duyn van Maasdamstraat, and Van Limburg Stirumstraat. The municipality of Culemborg is currently developing redevelopment plans for the public area. This creates a neighborhood that once again fully meets today’s standards. In consultation with the residents, a plan has been developed for the redevelopment of these streets. The renovation was carried out by Knaapen Renovatie & Onderhoud. The architectural firm involved is De Loods Architecten en adviseurs.

During several information evenings, residents of Van der Duyn van Maasdamstraat indicated, among other things, that their street could use a bit more color. Housing corporation KleurrijkWonen has lived up to its name and, in collaboration with De Loods Architecten en adviseurs and Knaapen Renovatie & Onderhoud, provided the entrance of the white facades with colorful doors and canopies. Holonite has added some subtle accents to this colorful project with white and dark gray window sills.
