New Construction Project Bouverijen in Focus

New Construction Project Bouverijen in Focus

The new construction project Bouverijen in Teteringen has been built and completed in phases. In total, approximately 640 homes and a community school have been realized. The first 27 homes were already completed in 2014. The residential area on the outskirts of Teteringen is characterized by many different housing types in various price ranges and a unique village atmosphere. The Dutch Construction Union is the client for this project, and the involved architect is Mulleners + Mulleners from Amsterdam. The architecture emphasizes the individual dwelling. Through the use of different roof shapes, stone colors, and facade layouts, almost every home differs from the one next to it.

Holonite has contributed to this project with dark gray and white window sills, frames, and wall copings. The chimneys have also been provided with custom copings. These facade elements subtly enhance the white and orange brickwork.
