New construction of 48 homes in Koolhoven Buiten

In Koolhoven Buiten on the west side of the Donge river, the Dongehof project is located. In Dongehof, Triborgh Gebiedsontwikkeling, in collaboration with Hilberink Bosch Architects, has already developed and realized 12 semi-detached houses, 28 terraced and corner houses, and 8 bungalows.

The diversity of housing types and the fact that the project is located in the middle of a nature reserve with various access roads around the corner makes living in Dongehof a unique opportunity. The backyards of the homes border the Donge nature reserve, allowing residents to live completely free in nature. This green, expansive environment served as an inspiration for the project, which is why sustainable and high-quality materials were chosen. The project was designed by Hilberink Bosch Architects in the contemporary architecture of Dongehof with great attention to detail. The homes are light and sunny, and the facades appear playful due to the different masonry bonds and the three types of bricks.

In this special project, Holonite contributed with Premax thresholds and standard window sills.
These white window sills form a continuous line pattern in the facade and have provided the homes with a custom-made appearance. Together with the characteristic brick structure, it creates a beautiful ensemble.
