New Construction Center Plan Uden

In the heart of Uden, a brand new shopping center has been completed: Center Plan Hoek Promenade in Uden. BAM has realized this 21-meter high complex on behalf of project developer ProWinko. The Center Plan encompasses much more than just what the name suggests; it’s a functional mix of shops, services, parking, and living. It was designed by Bonnemayer Architects from Uden. And Area Wonen has been closely involved in the realization of the project.

The Center Plan Hoek Promenade is located on the west side of the shopping center. Private investors ProWinko and Active Interest rent out the space of the complex to, among others, H&M and WE. Above the shops, 33 apartments have been built, and there is a two-story parking garage. The apartments on the side of Pastoor Spieringsstraat have a view of the church on Sint Janstraat.

Holonite has been able to contribute to this project with standard wall copings and window sills, but also with curved wall copings and window sills specially produced for this project. The custom elements align exactly with the shapes of the dynamic building. Holonite has also provided the building with framing around the elevator and stairwells in the color Brown-gray (23).
