Holonite and Architecture: A Perfect Match

On Amsterdam IJburg’s Centrumeiland, a striking apartment complex with a stylish facade stands out. Built by Schutte Bouw & Ontwikkeling, commissioned by Vereniging Bouwgroep Smart Homes.

The white Holonite facade cladding used plays a prominent role in this and underlines the modern architectural vision of OFMAA Amsterdam.

The choice for Holonite in white not only ensures a timeless appearance but also reflects sunlight, reducing the facade’s heat absorption. This contributes to the residents’ comfort and the building’s energy efficiency. The combination with reddish-brown bricks gives the building a dynamic and playful character.
