Facade Renovation Utrecht – Overvecht

In the Overvecht-Noord district, housing corporation Mitros has renovated a total of 640 homes. These homes are part of two large mid-rise units: the Vechtzoom and the Gagelzoom. Characteristics of the architecture in this facade renovation are the all-sided design of the blocks, the grid facades with large openings, and the graphics with accents of glazed bricks. To fully align with the sustainability character of this project, Holonite Natura supplied black window sills that are Cradle to Cradle certified.
