A beautiful entrance with Holonite Stairs

The Noordelijk Niertje development in Kralingen is structured around two sides: the Kralingse Zoom side and the Leendert Butterstraat side.
The Kralingse Zoom houses are designed as Kralingse Heren, a modern version of the stately mansion of the past. Imposing, spacious… the Kralingse Heren have it all. The residential floors rise above ground level thanks to the semi-sunken parking garage with two comfortable private parking spaces per house. These houses feature Holonite steps at the front.
