Highlighting the Bouverijen Construction Projects

The construction project Bouverijen in Teteringen was built and completed in phases. In total, about 640 homes and a community school were realised. The first 27 homes were completed in 2014. The residential area on the outskirts of Teteringen is characterized by the many different types of homes in various price ranges and a unique village atmosphere. The Nederlandse Bouw Unie was the contracter of this project and the architect was Mulleners + Mulleners from Amsterdam. The architecture emphasizes the individual home by using different roof models/constructions, stone colours and façade arrangements, so that virtually every house differs from the house next door.
