Development plan for new building in Aalsmeer

In the very centre of Aalsmeer (new construction development plan), the authentic façades feature entirely custom-made Holonite products. Holonite products are Cradle to Cradle certified and fully reflect the sustainable character of this project, thereby resulting in an eye-catching façade and a beautiful addition to Aalsmeer’s shopping district. Leimuiden-based Van Berkel Aannemers was the project developer. Holonite worked with the architect and the contractor to ensure the application of efficient building detailing. The low-maintenance properties of Holonite products were decisive when it came to choosing the right materials for the job. The durability and processability of the material also played a key role. Holonite was able to push its own boundaries by combining the requirements of the client with aesthetic features. The wall covering element with a spherical embellishment is an excellent example. To give the client peace of mind, Holonite worked with installation partner Ben van der Meijden to ensure the accurate installation of the products.
